| Educational Qualification & Experience: | Diploma Engineer Fresher |
| Other specific requirement: | Readiness for extensive travelling and staying outstation |

Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Respond to customer complaints
- Evaluate and resolve problems of the customer
- Assist in installing Cooling Tower
- Offer customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment
- Monitor performance of the product
- Develop and maintain relations with customers
- Maintain product manuals
- Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
- Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
- Offer feedback on product development, features and functions
- Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely and smooth function of action in the system
Authorities:-
- Authorized to sell the spares considering customer’s requirement
